North Island $10
Anywhere in the North Island that isn’t covered by the Auckland City area above.
South Island $13
Rural Delivery is an additional $4 to the above rates
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive, and an extra 2 days if you require a rural delivery. Deliveries only take place on weekdays and not on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. If you place an order with LilyBel Studio over a weekend our courier will not pick the order up from us until the Monday.
If you require an order to be sent urgently please contact us through our 'contact us' page or by phone and we will do our upmost to help.
All deliveries are sent ‘signature required’ however, if you don’t wish to or will be unavailable to sign for your order, please leave the instruction 'leave at front door if no-one home' in the comments box at checkout.
Delivery addresses must be a street address as we can not deliver to P.O Boxes.
Please note delivery is only available via our courier service and NZ Post is not an option for delivery of our products.
In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving or arriving damaged, we will do our up most to resolve the issue for you. We take care to package your order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, but take no responsibility for loss or damage to orders in transit or for orders which are delivered to an incorrect address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently we ship to the following countries USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Finland, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Greece, Norway, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
We have flat rate shipping and handling options to all countries which is applied at checkout. The flat rates charged are only for orders that weigh up to 1kg, if your order weighs over 1kg additional shipping costs will apply. In cases where an order does weigh over 1kg we would contact you with the additional shipping costs, before proceeding with your order. If your order does involve additional shipping costs and you'd would rather not proceed due to this, then we would provide you with a full refund in your PayPal account.
The two flat rate shipping charges available at checkout, are both for a non-tracked service. If you'd prefer to have your order sent through a tracked/signature required service then please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
General international shipping times to all countries (except Australia) are as follows:
Flat rate option A is a NON tracked, International Economy service and takes 10-20 working days. Flat rate option B is a NON tracked International Air service and takes 3-10 working days.
