F.A.Q's
1. I've only just found your site and need my party products sent asap, how quickly can you deliver them?
We always aim to process and dispatch an order within one working day of the order being placed and as soon as your order is picked up, you will receive an email that let's you know your order is on it's way. Usually the only delay that occurs is when the order is paid for by bank deposit, as this can take a further one to two working days to clear our account. Choosing to pay by PayPal (credit card payment) is an instant payment for us, so orders paid this way can be dispatched for delivery immediately.
2. Can I pick up my order?
At this time we are an online business only, so a pick up facility isn't currently available.
3. Can I receive my order on a Saturday?
Unfortunately our courier doesn't deliver on weekends, only on weekdays. If you choose to place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it won't be collected from us by our courier until the following Monday. If you require an order urgently please contact us and we will do our upmost to get your order to you where possible.
4. Can I purchase products from you in single items, instead of in packs of set amounts?
Yes, we try to provide you with the facility to buy as many of our products as possible as single items. This is so you only have to purchase the exact amount you need, rather than having to buy everything in sets of '12', it also allows you to mix and match colours and patterns for your party table.
5. I would like to buy something that's currently out of stock, when will I know when you will have it back in stock?
We try to re stock our products as quickly as possible but sometimes there can be a delay with a supplier due to manufacturing issues, or with international delivery times as we source many of our products from overseas. Where possible we will list a 'due back in stock date' for our products, to give our customers an indication of when a particular product will be available again. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding an out of stock item.
6. Do you know where I can get helium for balloons from?
All our balloons are sold and delivered flat packed with ribbon, ready to be filled with air or helium. Helium is available from a number of businesses, simply google 'helium suppliers' and choose from suppliers in your local area. In our experience it's much more economical to hire a helium gas tank over the weekend of your party and fill your own balloons at home, just make sure you book your helium gas tank hire one to two weeks out from your party date.
7. I have a party to organise but don't know where to start, can you help?!
Absolutely!! This is what we love to do and are more than happy to put together a party package for you at no extra cost. If you're unsure of which colours and patterns will look great together, we're here to help. If you let us know your theme, colour choices and budget we can arrange something special just for your celebration which can be delivered to your doorstep in just a few days.
8. I have a party planning business, can I purchase from you at a discounted rate?
We currently work with several party planning companies and are happy to discuss terms and conditions of discount purchasing, for your business.
9. Can I have my order shipped internationally?
Yes, we now have flat rate shipping to the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia which is applied automatically at checkout. As each customers order can vary in size and weight we use a flat rate, but in the cases where a smaller order costs less to ship then we will refund you the difference. For shipping enquiries to all other international destinations, please contact us directly for a shipping quote on your order.
